These terms are an agreement between you and Divotory, 121 Woodway Dr, Greer, SC 29651, United States ("Divotory", "we"). By using divotory.com or buying a membership, you agree to them.
1. Who can use Divotory. You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms for you. Paid plans must be bought by someone 18 or older.
2. What Divotory is. Divotory gives golf practice drills, plans, score tracking and lessons. It is general coaching content, not personal instruction or medical advice. Results depend on your own practice; we do not promise any score, handicap or distance change.
3. Plans and prices. The Free plan costs nothing. Basic and Plus are monthly subscriptions at the prices shown on the membership page at checkout, in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout only where the law requires it. There are no setup or hidden fees.
4. Renewal and cancelling. Paid plans renew every month on the same date until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page or by emailing us; you will not be charged again. Your access continues to the end of the month you already paid for. See the refund policy for details.
5. Price changes. If we change a plan's price, we will email members at least 30 days before it applies. You can cancel before then.
6. Your account. Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.
7. Fair use. Do not copy, resell or share paid lessons, scrape the site, or try to break its security. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Content you send. If you send a review or feedback, you confirm it is your own honest experience. You let us show it on the site with your first name or initials. We never edit reviews to change their meaning and never post made-up reviews.
9. Our content. Drills, text, diagrams, photos and the Divotory name belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own practice only.
10. Safety. Golf is a physical activity. Warm up, practise within your limits, and check with a doctor if you have an injury or health condition.
11. Liability. The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
12. Changes and ending. We may update these terms and will change the date above; important changes will be emailed to members. You can stop using Divotory at any time.
13. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
